Since the start up of the operations in July of 2004, all of us who are employed at TRAM SA are committed to transport you safely on a daily basis, assuring that our city becomes more beautiful, and striving to be more consistent and continuously improve the quality of our services. We are fully aware of our responsibilities towards society in general and the local communities where the Tram goes through in particular, our passengers who select the Tram and the environment which we have the responsibility to protect.
